At India Kids Modelling Tour (IKMT), we are committed to providing timely and efficient delivery of our contracted services. Below are the details of our service delivery process:

1. Timeline for Service Delivery

• Standard Service Delivery: Upon successful registration and payment of the booking amount, IKMT will endeavour to deliver the contracted services within 90 to 120 days. This timeline includes:
  • Portfolio Shoots: Professional photo shoots conducted at pre-scheduled dates and locations.
  • Costume Fittings: Personalised costume fittings based on the event’s theme and requirements.
  • Event-Related Activities: Other activities such as training sessions, workshops, and live events.

2. Notification and Scheduling

• Once your booking is confirmed, IKMT will provide a detailed service schedule, including dates, locations, and requirements for each activity.
• Participants will receive regular updates via email or phone regarding their scheduled services.
• Reminders and preparatory instructions will be sent at the earliest prior to the scheduled date of service.

3. Rescheduling Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, IKMY will make every effort to reschedule services promptly. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

• Logistical Issues: Delays in securing venues, transportation, or other logistical components.
• Government Regulations: Restrictions due to legal or regulatory compliance, including but not limited to, permits or local administrative directives.
• Natural Disasters: Events such as floods, earthquakes, or extreme weather conditions.
• Other Reasons: Including but not limited to strikes, pandemics, or any force majeure events.

If delays occur:

• Participants will be informed as soon as possible.
• Services will be rescheduled for the next available batch in the participant’s city.
• IKMT will provide a revised schedule with sufficient notice to ensure participants can make necessary arrangements.

4. Delivery Locations

• Services will be provided at predetermined venues in major cities across India.
• Participants will be required to travel to the specified location within their city or the nearest metro city, if applicable.

5. Participant’s Responsibility

• Timely Attendance: Participants are expected to arrive at the venue on the scheduled date and time.
• Compliance with Instructions: Participants must adhere to any specific guidelines provided by IKMT for successful completion of services.

6. Communication Channels

• Customer Support: For any queries or concerns regarding your service delivery, you can contact our support team.
• Whatsapp Alerts: Important reminders and last-minute updates will primarily be sent via whatsapp

Acceptance of Terms

By registering with us and making the slot booking amount fee payment, the participant and their parent/guardian unequivocally acknowledge and accept that these terms and conditions are the most important and binding terms governing participation in India Kids Modelling Tour. The client is legally bound to abide by all stipulations outlined herein. By registering and participating in the Brand Model Showcase event, participants and their parents/guardians acknowledge and unequivocally agree to abide by the above terms and conditions. Non-compliance with any of these terms and conditions may result in disqualification, expulsion from the event, and potential legal action. It is strongly recommended that participants and their parents/guardians carefully review and understand these terms.
