Event: The refund amount will only be processed in the event of non-selection by India Kids Modelling Tour’s selection team. In no other condition will the booking amount be refunded to the client or participant. The selection process is final and not subject to any dispute or appeal. Certain items or services may be deemed non-refundable. Please be aware that the company reserves the right to make discretionary decisions regarding refunds in extraordinary cases. Furthermore, our refund policy is subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellation of Registration: Once the Parent/Participant gets registered with us by paying the necessary booking amount, cancellation of the registration will not be entertained, and no refund will be processed under any circumstances. The reason for this is that as you make the registration with us, the measurement forms for your child’s designer costumes are released, and the order gets released from our end. Apart from that, the other slot advances for your child, such as celebrity studio slots, professional photographers, makeup artists, brand merchandise, necessary taxes, GST, and other service charges, are automatically released from our finance team, resulting in no refund. In certain emergency cases, the team will request the participant for any emergency reports, and if the team feels it is genuine, then the refund will be processed after deducting the necessary charges and taxes within the next 90 days.
Participants must be within the age range of 2 months to 18 years, as clearly stated in the event’s official materials. All participants must provide documented evidence of parental or legal guardian consent and ID proof, which may be requested during the registration process.
All participants are required to complete the registration process via India Kids Modelling Tour’s official payment platforms, available on the official website. Registration serves as a prerequisite for participation but does not guarantee a spot in the event. Selection for participation will be based on event capacity and the criteria set by India Kids Modelling Tour.
Professional and respectful behaviour is a mandatory expectation for all participants, including both children and their accompanying parents/guardians. Any acts of disruptive behaviour, misconduct, or violation of the event’s established code of conduct may result in immediate disqualification and expulsion from the event without any eligibility for refunds or compensation.

Participants and their parents/guardians are not entitled to any compensation or royalties for the use of such materials. Any negotiations or arrangements regarding the commercial use of a participant’s images will be conducted separately, following the event, and will be mutually agreed upon between the concerned parties.
India Kids Modelling Tour explicitly states that it provides no guarantee or assurance for future collaborations or modelling assignments beyond the event. Any opportunities for future collaborations or assignments are contingent upon the specific demands and agreements with relevant brands and third-party entities. The nature, scope, and terms of future collaborations are determined solely by the requirements and arrangements established by the respective brands, independent of India Kids Modelling Tour.
India Kids Modelling Tour reserves the unequivocal right to modify, postpone, or cancel the modelling event at any time, without prior notice, due to reasons beyond the organisation’s control. In such cases, participants will be informed as soon as possible, and no refunds or compensation will be provided. The portfolio shoot service will be provided when the next scheduling of the batch in your city is ready, and you will be informed in advance.
All participants and their parents/guardians are obligated to diligently adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by India Kids Modelling Tour. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification and potential legal action, as per the discretion of India Kids Modelling Tour.
